How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
